The short version

You have 14 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email care@wamlu.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We arrange collection from your address.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Faulty or damaged items

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery.

What we cannot take back

Personal care items that have been opened or used, and anything returned without its original packaging.
