How fast is delivery?

Next day in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman if you order before 6pm GST. One to two days elsewhere in the UAE.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, in all seven emirates. We confirm COD orders on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Is VAT included?

Yes. Every price shown includes 5% VAT, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Are the products genuine?

Everything is sourced for the UAE market and carries the brand local warranty. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase.

Can I return something?

Within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. See our returns page for the full policy.

Do you deliver on Fridays?

Yes in most areas, though some routes shift to Saturday. The delivery date on your order page is always the accurate one.
